Tip: Keeping your listing updated with the latest information and imagery is important.
You can add/update the following parts of your listing via the Members' Portal:
- Update enquiry contact details and address
- Update facts and figures (including price)
- Update intro and explanation text
- Update search categories
- Add/update FAQ
- Add images/videos
- Add testimonials
- Add events
- ... and everything else!
Log in
You update your listing via our Members' Portal, so to start, please log in.
From the home page
The first page you see will be your home page. You have quick access to make an update from here using the box provided.
- Select the venue to update (if you only have one, then it will be selected already)
- Select what you would like to update from the second box
- Click "Start"
From the edits page
Alternatively, you can click "Edits" on the left hand menu. From there you have the same options for creating a new update.
The editing process
As a curated platform, we might be a little different to other platforms that you list with because we manually check the following before publishing:
- We check there are no factual errors
- We check for spelling and grammar errors
- We ensure that all text is in the correct tone of voice
- We select only the best images that tell your story and fit with the platform's (and our couples') aesthetics
We add this step to our process to keeps Coco Wedding Venues and your listing with us looking as good as possible.
This means that your changes won't be visible immediately. Once you have submitted your changes/additions to us, our editorial team will either curate the content and add it to the platform or send it back to you with queries or requests for changes.
You will receive an email when the changes have been published.
