Whether you have a standard request or you have an urgent issue, the methods for contacting us are the same as follows:
- Submit a ticket using our form. You can access the form by clicking the "Submit Ticket" button within our help centre.
- Email us at help@cocoweddingvenues.co.uk.
Whichever option you use, you can help us respond more quickly if you let us know which venue your query relates to, and provide as much detail as possible.
Urgent Issues
We hope that you don't have an urgent issue, but if you do, we know you don't want to wait until our support hours for us to see it and respond. If you would like to raise the issue for our attention outside standard support hours, then just include the word "urgent" within your subject line. This will ensure that the issue is logged and then escalated immediately to multiple members of the team; no matter what day of the week or time of day it is. We will acknowledge receipt as soon as we see it, and try to respond as quickly as possible with a resolution.
